I approach individuals and organizations with their unique situation and potential, keeping the pursuit of diversity, equity and a truly inclusive society in the forefront of my work.
Building on my own journey, I help women move from being capable contributors to becoming confident, influential leaders who actively shape their careers rather than simply reacting to opportunities.
My coaching empowers women to navigate systemic barriers, leverage their unique strengths, and embrace their authentic leadership style.
I partner with leaders at all levels to develop inclusive leadership practices that drive meaningful impact and foster workplaces where diverse perspectives are valued.
But what does it mean?
Systemic barriers are ingrained societal, organizational, and cultural obstacles that impede women’s economic, political, and professional advancement. Instead of “fixing the woman”, overcoming systemic barriers involves identifying and dismantling external hurdles by taking steps such as creating awareness of conscious and unconscious gender biases, unequal caregiving expectations, and discriminatory policies.
Leveraging our unique strengths does not mean trying to imitate and fit in with men, but celebrating strengths that enrich society and the workplace.
Why does it matter?
When we force ourselves to behave in a style that is not true to ourselves, it drains energy from us before we even have a chance to shine and make valuable contributions. In the opposite case, when we can thrive on our unique qualities, our brain functions at its most creative and productive, teams become stronger and employee engagement surges.
When a wider range of voices and experiences are welcomed at the table, not only individuals benefit, but business results follow without fault.
I focus on D&I as a value, and I do not work solely with women. I approach individuals and organizations with their unique situation and potential, keeping the pursuit of diversity, equity and a truly inclusive society in the forefront of my work.
