Aida Frese is a Lawyer, Notary and Master Certified Coach, an international credential granted by ICF. She has built her specialization intervening in organizations based on her experience in the public, private and non-governmental sectors in Argentina, Belgium and the United States. She served in various roles from design to implementation of training, at Purdue University, Universidad Caece, Ag Alumni Seeds, DQ International (1996-2000). As a team leader, she is a coordinator, executive coach and facilitator at Norwalk Kids Start Smart (United Way- Norwalk Board of Education, CT).

She obtained her certification as an Executive & Organizational Coach at NYU (2005), and as an ontological coach at the Argentine School of NLP and Coaching, where she was also a mentor in companies and in training. As part of her ongoing training, she certified in Coaching Across Cultures (2006) Philippe Rossinski, in 2015, Executive Coaching Tools, Laura Bicondoa (Liderarte, MX) and was trained with the Power Game. She is certified in Competency Coaching by the Empowerement Foundation and a facilitator of the VACH Model.

Founder of Bridge Transitions, member of the Board of Directors of ICF Argentina, and Director of the Volunteering and Community Service Commission. She is part of work teams of international consulting firms and networks with excellent professionals.

Andrés Haidar, is a professional with more than 25 years of experience in the IT industry, and a certified and accredited Coach by ICF and EMCC. His career has been in different types of companies, including StartUps, SMEs, large Holdings and multinational Corporations (Microsoft, Alcatel Lucent), this allowed him to draw on different styles of Organizational Culture.

Prior to become a Coach, he worked in the main Latin American countries and assumed management positions in: Operations, Consulting, Outsourcing, Sales, Marketing, Software R&D. He led teams of different sizes, cultures, geographies, specialties and languages, developing solid interpersonal and multi-cultural skills.

Throughout this period, he contributed to processes of change in companies from different industries, including Digital transformation and Organizational transformation.

His interest in people and organizational development has led him to study and become certified in different disciplines – Coaching, NLP, Neuroscience – and tools that facilitate self-awareness and measurement of factors that influence brain performance. Based on his knowledge and experience, he develops interventions focused on Leadership, productivity, high performance and well-being of people and teams.
