Executive Coaching

We work with Team Leaders, Individual Contributors and High Potential People, so that they can overcome challenges and develop skills that allow them to increase their effectiveness and results.​

We carry out executive coaching processes, which include certified self-assessments for behavior analysis, performance and emotional agility.

Team Coaching

We work with Teams to support them to strengthen their bonds, increase their collective effectiveness and achieve high levels of performance.

​We facilitate single Group activities and design intervention processes applying certified tools and Systemic Coaching methodology.

We start from a co-created diagnosis with the team and execute projects that accompany the team in developing their psychological safety and the capabilities to facilitate learning and self-transformation. This allows them to achieve their purpose with greater collective awareness, and high levels of performance.

Training

With our  off-the-shelf development programs / workshops and courses we facilitate the development of new skills that contribute to strengthening Leadership, Teamwork and effective communication. We also design and facilitate customized workshops to serve specific client needs

Leadership workshop:  12-hour training, for groups up to 20 people. It can be coordinated in 2 sessions of 1/2 day or full day.

Effective meetings workshop:  2 to 4 hour training, for groups up to 15 people.

Neuro-Leadership and High Performance Program: achieving high Team performance drives Creativity, Results and the growth of the Organization.

Duration of 8 weeks, for teams, it is designed with part-time / full-time days according to the availability of the Organization. The program has a holistic design, leveraging existing capabilities, experiences and diversity, while increasing awareness of areas of opportunity to increase performance. This program integrates tools based on Neuroscience, Coaching and Experiential Dynamics that facilitate the development of skills for higher levels of individual and collective performance.

The Leadership Circle Profile™ (LCP) is the most comprehensive 360° leadership assessment available, integrates the latest research on leadership, psychological, and adult development and is considered the leading edge and global standard in assessment methodology.

TTI DISC assessment measures how a person does what they do. The DISC profile creates a language around observable behavior, which in turn improves communication, engagement, and self-development.

HSI – Heartstyles Indicator, is a 360° assessment to Character development. Character is the engine that drives behaviors. It is the emotional intelligence to understand what we are feeling and why; the perspective to pick effective behaviors in response to a given situation.

Neurozone Resilience Index (NRI)  support to Prevent burnout, Build resilience and Unlock high performance. This is a scientifically validated measure of an individual’s current level of psychological resilience. Resilience is our innate and dynamic capacity to adapt, learn, and grow in the face of challenges.
