This program takes a holistic approach to wellness with a focus on mindfulness.

 

Our “Thrive & Live Well Program is an 8-week program that is focused on mindset and mindfulness coaching. When you register for this program, you work 1:1 with a fully trained Integrative Health & Wellness Coach who will partner with you to understand who you are as an individual, help you create a vision of wellness that is connected with your core values and will guide you through an integrative coaching process to help you achieve your personal health, wellness, and fitness goals.

In addition, your coach will:

  • Recognize your innate wisdom and inner healing potential
  • Meet you where you are without judgment
  • Be fully present to listen deeply and guide you through personalized, one-on-one encounters
  • Help you make healthy behavior changes to achieve the kind of health you desire
  • Emphasize your self-empowerment and self-care
  • Conduct 2 Wellness Assessments
  • Facilitates 8 Private Coaching Sessions (45-minutes)
  • Incorporates movement, nutrition, mindfulness education and support
  • Engage you with interactive, fun weekly activities
