What You Can Expect

You can expect a partnership.  We will not tell you what to do. Client-centered coaching is not directive. We don’t stand on the sidelines like a football coach and tell you what your best move is.  We don’t give you a prescription and say, “follow up in a few weeks.”  Rather, we’re in it WITH YOU.  We unpack your deepest aspirations and carefully help you to select appropriate actions to get you there. We follow a specific, whole-person approach to encompass your life more completely.

We do not give advice. We go all in with exactly what the CLIENT wants. We help you the client open up about what you truly want and value in life and what obstacles we can help remove from getting you there. You get to decide what is most important to you and you get to choose your course of action.  We guide you through a process to maximize the possibility of your success.  We support you in tracking your weekly progress and help to hold you accountable for your commitments.

What Are Appropriate Topics?

Any concern that gets in the way of taking care of your health is the perfect subject with which to begin coaching. Therefore, any topic that you think will contribute to your optimal health is an appropriate topic for Integrative Health Coaching.
