Greetings! I am Coach Jen from Synerjen Coaching.   I work with individuals and groups who wish to live with greater ease in general or surrounding their transition to retirement.  I am a lifelong learner who amasses information constantly and who enjoyed a decades-long career as a professional librarian working in academia and special libraries.    Having read countless works on health, wellness, different types of medicine, psychology, and spirituality, I have found practices or been able to address questions that have resulted in my learning to step out of my own way and live a life of greater ease.  I bring this rich background and personal experience to my work as a coach.
