Group Coaching Programs

Part of living a life of greater ease is easing up on stress.  In other words, noticing when you are reacting to stressors and possessing knowledge of tools and techniques to aid you with coping in the stressful moments and thereafter.  The 6 Week Ease Up On Stress Group Coaching Program and the shorter (3 hour) Processing Stress Group Coaching Programs are designed to help.

Using the Tools

“I am always dealing with some level of stress in my life, both at work and at home. I feel that I now have more tools to recognize and manage stress than I did before taking the [Ease Up On Stress Group Coaching] class.”
–S.G., Employed by United States Federal Government

Coach Jen Listens

“I felt very much seen and heard during the [Ease Up On Stress Group Coaching] sessions. Jen often makes a point of referring to things group members have contributed later in the session, which really emphasizes that she is listening and processing what people say, not just performing her pre-set session by rote. She is extremely encouraging and I never felt in any way intimidated or like I wasn’t free to comment or offer an opinion.”
–K.K., Professor, Austrian Higher Education

Naming Stressors

“Being able to name stressors (identify what is happening) and figuring out what I have control over vs. what I don’t is pretty powerful. Boundary violations in particular were important to discuss, and sometimes we’re not even aware of that they are taking place.”
B.G., K-12 Educator, United States
