Reaping the Benefits

“I finished the Ease Up On Stress Group Coaching Program two weeks ago and I’m already reaping the benefits of what I learned. I’m sleeping better, communicating more effectively at work and feeling more accomplished at my job.”

Live With Ease

Life can be challenging.  How do you support yourself in rising to its challenges?  Are you meeting challenges with ease or standing in your own way or, God forbid, escalating them to be even more challenging?

There is a loving –kindness, also known as metta, meditation that makes these requests:

May I be safe

May I be happy

May I be healthy

May I live with ease

Let’s focus on that last phrase:  May I live with ease.  What would a life of greater ease look like for you?  This is what I am curious to know.

In terms of scope, this isn’t a question encouraging an answer of excess and a deep dive into gluttony.  It is a matter of tending to yourself with loving kindness and compassion so as to make yourself the best ally that you can be in addressing life’s challenges.

Work with me to explore how you can bring more supportive self-talk and improved self-compassion into your life.  It will be a process and it will take practice but, God knows, you have arrived at this page and are reading this text for a reason.  Perhaps we are meant to explore that reason together?

Ease Up On Stress

Part of living a life of greater ease is easing up on stress. In other words, noticing when you are reacting to stressors and possessing knowledge of tools and techniques to aid you with coping in the stressful moments. Once the situation has passed, it may be necessary to rid yourself of leftovers from the stressful situation, and/or to complete a cycle of stress that has not run its course.

Live group coaching programs are delivered through Zoom and include the six-week Ease Up On Stress Group Coaching Program and the shorter Processing Your Stress Group Coaching Program. These programs provide information about stress, including actions to take that can help you to recognize and manage stress.

One on one coaching is also available via Zoom. This one on one work can center around stress management or other goals that you have for yourself. How can I be of service to you?
