The Ease Up On Stress 6 Week Group Coaching Program

The Ease Up On Stress Group Coaching Program is for you if you are interested in learning about stress and using this information to determine how, when, and where stress is manifesting in your life. Join Coach Jen (Jenifer Kirin) of Synerjen Coaching in this six week Program providing information and tools that you can use to craft your own personalized best practices for stress management. Handouts summarizing the Program topics by week are also included and will be provided by email following each session. Need to miss a live session? Not a problem, sessions will be recorded and will be available for replay by Program participants for a set duration only.

The Process Your Stress Group Coaching Program

A derivative of the longer Ease Up On Stress Program, the Process Your Stress Group Coaching Program can be of assistance in providing information about how to work with stress when it hits, and how to process what may linger within you after the stressful situation has passed. Led by Coach Jen (Jenifer Kirin) of Synerjen Coaching in this 3-hour Program includes handouts concerning the material that is presented.
